Polish band Domowe Melodie is only three weeks away from starting their Icelandic tour.
Justyna, Staszek and Kuba will play five concerts, travel over two thousand kilometers, meet local people and explore the nature. Sounds fantastic!
Domowe Melodie is definitely the biggest last year’s phenomenon in Polish music. They came out of nowhere, posting couple of videos recorded in their own apartment. Mesmerizing vocals and adorable folky/acoustic music was quickly embraced by the public. Few months later they released their fantastic debut album, proving that if you have the talent you don’t need big record labels behind you. Self-released material received great reviews and plenty of awards. Domowe Melodie have fans of all kind – from small kids to these quite big and their concerts are selling out in just hours.
This summer they will make their dream happen – Iceland has been on their dream destination map for a very long time. They will arrive to Seyðisfjörður on 11th July, where they play their first gig.
